Introduced in late 1960, the "Flight I" was made of 14K solid gold with a radially brushed silver dial bearing a brown cross in the center and the Hamilton name at 1 o'clock. Considered to be one of the most desirable of all Hamilton watches of the era, it is very rare. Current value would be in the $3,000-$5,000 range depending on condition and how bad a Hamilton collector lacking an example wanted to complete his collection.
There was a similar model, the "Flight II", which was manufactured in gold-filled. These have been know to surface with solid gold backs and sold as "Flight I" models, so extra care should be taken whenever a "Flight I" if offered.

I have a vintage Roamer wind up watch. Face is round, white with black numbers. Casing is oval and appears to be gold. Strap is missing. Numbers on the stainless steel back are 468 8230 with 055 underneath. Does it have value.

Hi Zaf,

Can you advice if this Seamaster 300 on auction at ebay is the real McCoy ? It look okay to me. The A at Waterproof checks out, so the calibre and year. But, would prefer an expert second opinion.

It looks OK to me, though the bezels are very expensive if you can find them. Looks like this one needs one.

I have a Longines ladies watch, pristine condition, from the 50's, so I'm told. It is 14K with a mesh band and the little chain is intact. It runs beautifully. The face is about a half inch across. Any information regarding value will be much appreciated.

Thanks so much

I was given this vintage Heuer woman's dive watch. Great exterior condition although it could use some inner reconditioning as it hasn't been used in years. Can you tell the approximate age, model and current value? It is black & gold and has a serial number on the back of 980.028N and is water resistant-200 meters tested.

OK to answer the last 3 questions:

1. Ermeto with the skin off, around $200-250.
2. Ladies Longines, about the value of the gold + $50.
3. Ladies Heuer, looks like a 1980s piece, if quartz around $100-150, if mechanical around $150-$250, all dending on condition.

In general, ladies watches are not worth a lot.
