I have an old paul breguette watch that I have questions about. There is a cover on it that flips up and is hinged at the 10 oclock position with what looks to be diamonds on it and on the back it says 14kGOLD DSA on the upper half of the case any help on value and age would be greatly appreciated

It's goping to be worth around scrap + $50-100 as are most small head ladies watches from that period. It may go for slightly more beacuse of the flip top, but not much. So to get a value, you'd need to have a jeweler estimate the scrap value and add accordingly.

The value of the gold and diamonds, you need a jeweler to make that determination
