Hi, I just bought a blue dialed nos Lecoultre Polaris II with factory steel bracelet, inner and outer boxes and Warranty booklet, the watch is in never used condition except for minor shop wear. I know that this model is collectible and worth some money. I hope that you could give me an idea of how much in nos condition and if I should even wear it outdoors. Your opinion is appreciated. P.S. I'm assuming that there are not many variations for this model as I don't have a picture of it yet. Thanks in advance. |

Hi, I've attached 2 fresh pictures of my new watch purchase, I'm assuming it is a Polaris II based on the similarity with what I've been able to find on the web. |

I've never heard of that watch being called a "Polaris II". It's a "skin diver's memovox" in the catalogs. |

Hi Zaf, This website is good because it helps to educate people as to what they really have, I called this watch a "Polaris II" because that is what the watch was referred to in a web page that I found. I'm not an expert at all in Lecoultre watches, thanks for straightening me out. What would you think it may be worth pallpark figure. Thanks again. |

It may have been called Polaris II in certain markets or ad campaigns, who knows. It certainly is the Memovox diving alarm successor to the original Polaris. Not sure what the value is really if you say it is unworn. As a worn example without box or papers, it would be $1500-2000. If it is NOS, I'd imagine, it would be twice that. |

Thank you for you're opinion, I think I did well regardless of what it is. I bought the memovox diver with an additional nos lecoultre master mariner day-date orange dial with calibre 906 movement for less than a grand for both. Thanks again. |
