Hi I need help identifying a watch I lost my recent fire. it was the watch my stepfather got for his 25th anniversary at Chicago title and trust it was given to him in 1954 (it was engraved with that info on the back.
it was gold (not sure if solid gold) rectangular. I don't think it had any numbers on it but where the numbers would have been there were small rubies. Its possible there was a 12-3-6-9.
it had a leather band that were the band attached the watch face covered the band kind of like a cowell. I'm not sure how to explain that but the band went into the watch in the area that the pins would have been.
I know I would know it in a picture if you find one that sounds like this.
Sorry I didn't take pictures but I did show it to someone at work a few months ago so he can attest to having seen it.

This is very close but there were small Rubies on the face where the gold dots are.

Probably $600 to $800 is a realistic figure.
