Good Morning,

i received this watch from my Grandmother. She tells me that she thinks its quite valuable. Im trying to determine, if the value is more then sentimental. I have contacted Longines and they tell me that the movement is theirs, that it was sold as one piece to Wittnauer in 1962 and that Wittnauer constructed the case. Can you tell me anything more about this watch and if it has any sort of real value?

The value if that of the gold & diamionds + $50 for the movement, ask a local jeweler for an estimate of the scrap value and add $50, you will be in the ball park.
