This was given to my grandfather upon his retirement. I recently got a replacement band and the gentleman at the jewelers asked me if I wanted to sell it. I told him that I didn't even know if it was original..I just liked it. He assured me that it was..I took it home an researched. I cannot find a diamond dial for what I'm supposing is a 1960's model "bumper" anywhere. Just wondering if you might be able to shed some light on this watch. It keeps good time for an automatic...gains about 3 minutes a month. Believe it to be a 10K gold filled case. It's been well worn, with minor scratches here and there...There is also a small bump between 7 and 8 where the watch service man said someone, when servicing the movement had pressed down too hard at some point during the servicing. Sorry I didn't have time to clean it before I shot it. That's really all I know.

Those appear to be after market diamonds added to the watch later, as a gold filled watch, not all that valuable.
