Just found this Appraisal Corner, posted previously on the Jaeger-LeCoultre forum (sorry, hope that wasn't a problem).

As you can see from the photos, it is EXTREMELY small. It's 18 ct. gold with 8 diamonds around the face. It has a winding dial on the back and it has the following markings.
On the back: "611238" (and then an) "A".
On the clasp a scale symbol inside a diamond with "750" above the diamond.
On the face "Jaeger-LeCoultre" and "Swiss"

Again, any information and an estimated value would be appreciated.

It's be scrap value + $100-400. So you will need to determine scap at a jeweler. I can't tell without having it in hand.

The watch is from the late 1950s.
