Hello...
I have the above mentioned watch...it has been overhauled...Information is below..I emailed Breitling and they traced the year it was produced to 1959. The watch has been in our family since it was purchased new in 1960.

Style: Navitimer
Model No: 806
SN: 917438
The case is gold.

I have not had one in a while. I'm going to give an $8000-9000 ballpark. If it is a pristine original, a collector may pay more, but I don't a recent price point. Last one I have sold for $6200 but that was a while back.

Hi Zaf-

thank you for your information...any reason why i have had a hard time finding the value of it? I looked it up in the books and it listed a watch which looked identical to it but said it was s.steel below the quote. where there just not too many made that were gold or something?

They're quite rare, but in general, steel watches have more demand, so on occasion, steel trade higher than gold (but not in this case).
