approx. 7-1\2 inches;alarm plays "blue danube"
7-jewels-swiss made;numbers are musical notes
except-12-3-6-9;keeps excellent time;any one have
idea of age or value?

Nothing definitive, but 7 jewels usually indicates low value and workmanship, therefore low price.
