I have a ladies Tiffany & Co. watch I would like the approx. age and value. It has 26 single cut diamonds around the bezel and 3 larger full cuts on each end. The case is hinged and stamped Platinum and A.W.C. inside. (American Watch Co.?) #216085. There are about 14 or 15 watchmaker no.'s scratched inside. There is engraving around the edge and back of the case and on crown. The movement is stamped in order from top to bottom (in gold leaf?) 3392135-5 Adj.-18 Jewels-Merimont Match Co.-Swiss. it is running good and keeping time. Hands are blued, dial is lightly scratched and missing dot at 3 o'clock. band is 14kt white

It will be alongs the lines of the value of the gold, platinum and diamonds, plus say $200-300 given that it is tiffany. So approximately $800-900. It should be more, but small ladies watches are not in demand right now.
