Looks like a nice vintage example, early 1950s, value is around $450-500 possibly more if it has an oversized case.

When (or where) do a vintage watch cross over from being sized to oversized Zaf ? 35,36 mm ? or more

35mm and up for that period is oversize. The prices generally go up pretty fast once you pass 37mm. Lets say hypothetically this watch was 40mm (extra large), it would be worth MUCH more than the same as a 33mm watch, maybe 4-5x as much.

Hello, could you assign an approximate value to this watch. Runs, but no stem or crown. Movement 17j, 2 pos adj and temp. Serial#4466496. Case is hinged in 18k white gold. Lug to lug 1 1/2" by 7/8". Thank you.Longines pic

As it is probably around $400-500. In perfect condition, around $1000-1200.
