It looks to me as 1930's rectangular wrist watch so called Doctors watch. Chrom Nickel case ( gently plated) measures 23x36mm ; bicolor dial ; movement looks swiss made. Any additional info would help.

As a "Generic" It won't have much value. Usually what people call "doctor's watches" have a different dial configuration than this.

Yes,Doc's watch has larger and separeted second subdial.
