I own an older Mondaine Man's Wristwatch. It is a 25 Jeweled, Automatic Movement housed in a steel case. The watch needs a new dial. Is this watch worth restoring? Are N.O.S. dials still available from Mondaine, the Offical Swiss Railways Watch Company? |

By new dial do you mean it needs to be repainted or it is missing? This is not a brand on the collector's radar, so it is probably not worth spending a lot of money on. |

Hi Zaf, Thanks for the quick reply. By N.O.S. I mean a new dial. Someone has badly repainted the original dial. I thought that perhaps Mondaine in Switzerland might still have stock on this dial. However, if I knew where to send the old dial, I could remove it and send it in to be restored. |

In the US, Kirk Dial in Los Angeles and Kirk Dial in Seattle are pretty good. It'll be around $60 to refinish it but they only take dials not entire watches. |
