Just purchased this on the bay and am looking for approx. appraisal. 1950's Consul Lunasol, ladies. Brass case gold plaque. 17 jewel Consul movement. working great. all appropriate markings serial3443 334

No idea on that one, judging from the movement, it's a cheap watch, so value is low.

ZAF, Just recieved corospondence yesterday from the CONSUL/CATERMARAN Watch Company, Founders of HUEGENIN, GIRRARD PERREGAUX. They valued this cheap watch as extremely rare and sought after and would value it today at 750.00 to 1000.00US at todays auction. Glad I didn't list it !!! Thanks for input however, Sincerely.

Be careful with valuations from companies that are not in tune with actual market conditions. Offer it to them for $700 and see their response, that will be a better indicator of true value.
