Hi -

I dont see any markings on this watch indicating the make/model

looks like stainless steel to me - 10 very small diamonds - tiny scratches on the back are what suggest it is stainless - lot of detail work on the edges - scroll, etc nice shape - engraved "AS " on back

I opened the back to find out it is a Longines - 18k stamped on back - so must not be stainless - according to the mechanism - it is 4514478 longines w co. - fifteen jewels

Like most ladies watches, esp ones that are not signed on the dial, value will be along the lines of value of the gold + value of the diamonds + $0-100. So maybe something along the order of $200-225, you'd need a jeweler to determine the exact amounts.
