I have a 1958 SS Oyster Chronograph. No bracelet and the watch looks exceptionally well, considering it's age.

It keeps time but needs a service. I am wondering the rough estimated worth of this timepiece. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I probably should've given more info. The case no. is 6234 and the serial no. is 688859.
Case no. calculates to:
62--Daytona manual wind
3---fluted 4 hand-crafted
4---Stainless w/ 18k white gold

Hi. The 6234 is worth about $7000 in nice shape. The reference only "decodes" on later watches, so it does't really apply in this case.
