Horror! I took 5 of my vintage watches to be cleaned to a NYC dealer. It was to take 1 week it has been 4 months and they cannot locate my watches! I filed a small claims case against the jeweler and now "The Peoples Court" (TV show) wants to arbitraite the case. My problem is that I have no apraisals or receipts for any of them. I do have photos of each (some with interior details). Any suggestions? | ||
