Hi, I was given a Hamilton by my grandfather a few years back, I had forgotten about until Christmas time. I have tried to find out what model it is from the web, but none I saw matched his. Is an 18K gold, round wristwatch, brown strap (I think its leather), with calendar function, including a datehand? (red) which is shaped like an elongated Y or snakes toungue, which points to a number on the outer most edge of the watch face, which I assume corresponds to that date. Any help in identifying this make would be appreciated, I will try to get more information on it. Could replies be sent to my email address, as I will check that more often then here. Robbie, You describe a model I'm not familiar with. I would enjoy seeing a picture of it if that's possible. Hamilton never made movements with calendar functions here in the USA, so the watch must be from the period after Hamilton began using imported Swiss movements in some of their timepieces.
