hi have a hamilton thinline from 1960s gold/fill 10k how do i know if it a t422 or not would it say it inside the watch

I never heard of a Hamilton Thinline 922 (or 422). Why don't you post some pictures of what you have.

There is a grade 922 pocket watch movement but you can't be talking about that.

From the rather dim and blurry pictures I'd guess that you have a Hamilton Thinline 4000 (from ~1960).
