I have acquired a Hamilton Piping Rock YG I believe the 1948 version as it has the 747 movement, I would say it is in better than average condition but not quite excellent, I cannot find any others to compare pricing to, I can find 1928's and the newer reproductions of the yankee watch yet nothing on this one, it has a speidel YG w/ stainless steel caps flexible band also. Any general range of price would be appreciated. |

Go to our price guide at: http://www.watch-prices.com/ click on the free sample which is for Hamilton, I'm sure it is in there. |

I had looked there once , it did not specify which year it was so I wasn't sure if it was mine, does the band add any value? It also has black enameled triangular shaped pieces where it attaches to the case that match the enameling of watch. A 1928 that was beautiful sold on eBay yesterday for just over $900, I am a little anxious about putting this one up but I need the funds so it will be on eBay within the week. |

Band adds no value. Look in the guide again, there are 1930s ones and the 1948 one. |
