I have a Baylor man's 17-jewel wrist watch. It is a battery-operated watch. Can you tell me anything about this watch? Thanks Joyce

I'm not sure...17 jewels would indicate that it is a mechanical watch, not a battery operated one.

Perhaps, but why 17 jewels which is a very typical mechanical movement count.

I have a Ladies Hampden watch in Dueber Hunters case. It is 14K Solid Gold (not marked Waranted) watch runs well, no crystal, case has some minor scratching on interior smooth gold covers but outside engraving is absolutely amazing and perfect. - shows a church screen and much finely done detail. Has Anchor in shield on interior of front case cover and the number is 4345053 on 3 case surfaces. The works number is 1314821 and says "Molly Stark" in a banner plus says "Canton O". I am trying to decide whether to sell or keep - I am a wristwatch gal! It is just so beautiful - not sure what to do! Inscription is dated Christmas 1902. Does anyone know what it might be worth??

I have a zales braille watch. when I opened the back, it says Baylor watch co. 10 677 AS 1902. I'd like to find out how old the watch is. It is a self wind 17 jewel, but that is really all I know about the watch
