This is a Watham 1915's ladies watch. The serial number on the movement is # 20121632. Cases also said A.W.W.C.O., JUBOISW.C.C., 0.585FINE, GUARANTEED. My questions are:
1) Is this watch valuable and worth restoring the movement (does not run smoothly).
2) This watch looks like a packet watch converted to a wrist watch. But the back opens like a wrist watch. Could it have been designed as a wrist watch originally? It is a pretty large size at 27mm across.
Thank you!

Hi, it's going to be along the lines of gold content + $50. So guessing it's something like $200-300. I think these are pretty watches and are worth restoring eventhough you're not going to get rich in doing so. My gut feeling is that this was sold as a wrist watch orginally, even though it's basically a ladies pocket watch.
