A friend gave me this watch a few years back as a gift, I have no idea where it came from or what it is. The paper sticker on the back reads says it's Singapore movement, the case is made in China and it has an item #.

Can anyone help?

Goodness, I don't know. It's not something valuable being a Singapore/China Hybrid.
