I have a 1942 Elgin RR pocket watch. It is a 21J grade 478 16s. The watch is gold flashed. It has the B.W. Raymond signature. I cross referenced the serial no. on the movement to verify this, however I have just a rudimentary value of its worth. I cannot find an exact piece on line. The face is the same, but the outer part of the case has a diamond pattern that I have not seen. The watch is in very close to mint condition. Any help?

Only if this is gold, does this one have any value.

Hi. On just about ANY ladies watch, short of the top 5 swiss brands, the value of the watch will be very close to scrap. This is particularly true of unknown brands like "Bonnet", "La Marque", etc.

If you think they're gold, you can take it to a jeweler and they can ballpark the value, otherwise they just are not worth anything. Sorry.
