I need to shorten my watch band. It has the rectangle plates that cover each link. Each link has Speidel USA on it. Also it is a twistoflex style. Here's a picture of it. |

It seems the side pieces have a small metal tab that may need to be bent out and a U shaped retainer removed. I didn't want to undertake this without knowing for sure. |

Well, they're cheap. If you break it, you can always go with leather or find another. |
