Does anyone have an idea of how much this is worth? The serial # is 42296544...15 jewels...pocket style Elgin Watch. On the Elgin site it said that it is a 10 second timer. The face numbers are 1-10 with a smaller inset of 1-5 It was made in 1943. I think it said that it is nickel plated. It has a back cover on it with various numbers. There has never been a front cover. I would appreciate any help
