Would like to buy this watch but want to know if it's genuine. You help is very very needed. Thanks in advance

Suppose to be calibre 818/1c between 1950 to 60s.

There are a few numbers on the watch
(1) At the back of watch it has number A1040260
(2) If you take cover off, there is number 9000 below 18K mark.
(3) on the movement, there is a number 805056
