Hi - i just recently picked this Memovox up from an estate and i am trying to find info and have a few questions:
1. the year it was made?
2. how do i tell if it is gold filled or a solid gold case ?
3. what would be an approximate value
4.also - how do you set date?

back case is steel ( chrome ) marked : memovox 922561. 36mm diameter. runs great. dont know how to open the back so i didnt try. band is not original i put it on instead of the cheap one that was on it.
thanks so much for any information, it is greatly appreciated

having problems uploading photo.

1) 60s
2) Look for hallmark, since having a steel back most likely gold filled.
3) Zaf will answer.
4) Move hands forth and back at 24h

Actually, these are solid gold tops, just not 18k. You will not find a hallmark. They're probably 10k or 14k gold.

They usually sell from dealers in fine origianl condition around $2000, maybe even more now given some recent auction results.
