Hi,
please two brief questions : Le Coultre Weems type A 11, WWII US Army iussed.

1) Is that watch correct as triple signed Le Coultre ? (so far I've seen only the British Mk VII A and looks like they had a JLC hacked movm.)

2) Were these (LC A 11 Weems US Army) cased and timed at the LC Swisss Le Sentier or elsewere ?

Thanks in advance if someone can help.
Best - ciao
Claudio

Hi Claudio -

The US issued Weems (US Army A.C.) is triple
signed LeCoultre. Case is Swiss production and
I would say the whole watch was cased and timed
in Switzerland.

The UK issued Weems (Mk 7A 6b/159) has a Jaeger-
LeCoultre signed movement, an unsigned dial and
a swiss production case with LeCoultre signature.
