I received this from my grandfather who died just after I was born in 1963. The story goes that he received this for his service at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in the 20's and 30's, but we have no way to confirm that other than that he did serve there for many years.  A jeweler tells me it is in good shape but needs about $175 to get fully functioning, but I didn't want to mess with unoriginal parts if if had any real value. It is 10K gold fill. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Value? Thanks! | ||

I think it's later than you think, value probably around $600-700. |
