Limited edition commissioned watch?

Posted on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 - 12:14 pm:    Does anyone know anything about this Le Coultre watch? I was told that it was a limited edition commissioned watch & upon opening the case for photographs found etched inside roman numerals, making this VII of XII. The back cover is stamped #11798 & movement serial #567380. It also says Swiss 17 jewels unadjusted 438/4CW. I have been unable to locate any information on this watch & would greatly appreciate if someone can help me.
