Age is about 1930-33. What is the case made of? Steel?

looks like stainless steel
It works well but the dial is not in good condition as you can see
the strap isn't original

In the 4th picture the case is clearly stamped "acier inoxid".... stainless steel.

OK, so what you have a steel Uniplan, Lisica S.A. movement (these movements where also used in the Reverso). LeCoultre used these during the period of 1930-1933 when they did not have a suitable rectangular movement that would fit the Reverso. They also used them in the Uniplan, basically a Reverso except that the case did not flip over.

They're not all that common, but they're not all that in demand either. I'd estimate value at about $600-800.
