HI I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THIS WATCH AND NOW I AM JUST A LITTLE UNCERTAIN HOW ORIGINAL IT IS.I ASSUME THE DIAL HAS BEEN REFINISHED BUT THE HANDS AND HOUR MARKERS ARE LOSING LUMINOUS PAINT .WHAT DISTURBS ME IS THE CASE BACK IS NOT SIGNED ON THE INSIDE. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY COMMENTS

This is the 1956 RAF Re-Case of the WWII era watches made by Longines, JLC, Omega, etc. While it is legit, the re-case, especially on the JLC doesn't fit that well with the movement amd dial being smaller than the case opening. I didn't list in my book as the case isn't made by JLC and the fit and finish isn't very good. It's is a real issue piece however.
