My lady friend saw a photo of this watch from a magazine. She really loves it. I'd like to get one for her. From what I know it's a LeCoultre Galaxy (37 diamonds) Mystery Dial Watch. "LeCoultre" is at 6 o'clock position and the dial is white. It also has a mesh bracelet. From the posts I found in this forum, there are a few versions of the Galaxy, different calibers, with or without Vacheron at the back, etc. Can anyone give me a rough idea which version galaxy this is? year? Was it ever sold with a mesh braceles? Where can I find it most likely? I will post photo in a few days since I have to secretly do it without letting her know. :p | ||

That looks like the Vacheron backed manual wind version. It looks like the mesh was added later. Normally, though I am not an expert on the model, these watches have detachable bands. | ||

Yes, leather. It's usually a cal 480/CW caliber. | ||

Hard to say, is the photo you show a catalog shot? I think if the bracelet is original to the watch, it would be stamped LeCoultre. | ||
