HI. Is this watch legit? I know Hodinkee made a post about it a year or two ago and the watch went on to sell for good money at Antiquorum, but I find virtually nothing else about it on the web. Which is suspicious to me as it is not a wallflower type of watch. Is it legitimate? any idea of the Approximate date? |

Round about early 70s. Some years ago some spare dials showed up on ebay, also an orange dial variant. One needs to see the movement signature to be sure it is a legit LC product, but since the whole watch is assembeled of aftermarket products it is not what is called a true inhouse watch. Should be powered by a Valjoux 72. |
