I have an old white gold ladies lecoultre watch, has bows on top and bottom of bezel. Inside reads 17 jewels, K490BW, 1313316, LeCoultre Co, unadjusted swiss. Inside of back reads: cased and timed in USA by Le Coultre, 266-672, 51672.
Face reads: LeCoultre, swiss. Outside of back reads: 14K gold, D&A. Does not have original band and I would like to get one for it. How Old? could not figure out how to focus with camera to take digital picture.

Sorry but I can't help you with using your camera. Usually it involves switching it to a "Macro" setting which should be covered in your camera manual.

Julie,

Based upon the movement serial number you supplied, your watch was produced around 1961. There were several LeCoultre lady's models produced with bows on the lugs, but I believe that the watch you are describing was named the "Parisienne". I see them frequently come up for auction and they typically sell for around $150-$200.
