Hey, I'm considering buying my first JLC. I have several Panerais, Breitlings, and a few other pieces, but all large sports/tool watches. I'm looking for something more elegant and dressy. I've narrowed it down to a stainless steel Reverso 976 Ltd 180, or a standard gold Reverso 976. Are the LEs considered more collectable, and should an LE sway my choice? I know with Panerais the LEs are more desirable and collectable. Any thoughts are welcome.

What are LEs? And these are modern watches correct?
