I live in upstate NY and bought a rose gold Master Grand Taille (new with original box and all papers) from an unauthorized (but highly reputable) dealer. I love it and it worked with near quartz precision for 1/2 yr. Then it started to take less and less of a charge until one day it wouldn't work at all (including manual winding). Where can I have it repaired reasonably and with original parts (if needed)? Did anyone hear of/use UNITED WATCH SERVICE in San Francisco? I found them on the net, and they say that they are an authorized dealer. Any help that you can give me at all would be greatly appreciated. | ||

On this one, I'd suggest posting on TimeZone.com for a repair recommendation. It's a too new for me to have a handle on how to go about repairing it. I could probably handle the repair, but the shop may have a learning curve. |
