I live in upstate NY and bought a rose gold Master Grand Taille (new with original box and all papers) from an unauthorized (but highly reputable) dealer. I love it and it worked with near quartz precision for 1/2 yr. Then it started to take less and less of a charge until one day it wouldn't work at all (including manual winding).

Where can I have it repaired reasonably and with original parts (if needed)? Did anyone hear of/use UNITED WATCH SERVICE in San Francisco? I found them on the net, and they say that they are an authorized dealer.

Any help that you can give me at all would be greatly appreciated.

On this one, I'd suggest posting on TimeZone.com for a repair recommendation.

It's a too new for me to have a handle on how to go about repairing it. I could probably handle the repair, but the shop may have a learning curve.
