Zaf, your help and assessment would be much appreciated.
Do you think that this is a genuine JLC Geomatic ?
I don't see the "geomatic" word written as it is usally and the needles seem different from what I see on most of the geomatic photographs.
Is this model of needles a model that was used at the beginning of the sery ?
Would this be a E398 model ?

How much would you recommend to buy it ?
What is its maximum value?

Many thanks for your help.

It is a Geomatic, but the dial has been repainted, and net a very good job either. So, I'd wait until you at least get one with the dial correctly repainted. As it is, it is not a watch I would recommend.

Dear Zaf,

MANY thanks for this answer. I would never have been able to see this. I'll wait.
