I've just finished compiling a new article for the JLC Society and thought you might be interested to see it: http://www.jlcsociety.com/articles/then-now/ It is a visual comparison of the current Master series of watches and their 1991 predecessors, the Gentilhomme & Odysseus lines. Very cool Justin, thanks. Personally, I think the new watches are better looking in general. The early 1990s stepped cases have - dare I say it - a modern Movado look to them wheareas the current cases draw on past Jaeger-LeCoultre case styles. |

I like the modern watches more too. I've always thought the Odysseus models looked too much like Blancpain's offerings. And the 50's aesthetic has always appealed to my limited tastes. |
