This is a watch in my collection, 18k Pink, larger 37mm size, French market with Eagle head hallmarks. It has concave tear drop lugs and a concave bezel. Fairly rare.

Nice one ! The watchmaker I go to in Paris has a poster with this Futurematic. When I was there yesterday, an old gentleman came in and asked questions on "this watch on the wall", when was it from, how much is it worth.... Then, finally he showed his wrist.... 18k pink gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Futurematic ! (not the same case style than above, but the classic lugs style) That was kind of funny. He finally left the watch for servicing (apparently watch was running, but left alone for 20+ years...) |

I'm not sure what you have, a picture would be helpful. From the serial 3 million movement serial number it appears to be a late 1970s, early 1980s watch, but the use of 15 jewels at that time is kind of surprising. |

Hi Rick, as Zaf mentioned, it seems to be from the 70s. During this period JLC/LC had a watch-line called "Vogue". Please post a scan and Ill check the archives for details. |

That really doesn't look like a 1970-80s watch at all. Are you sure of the 3M movement serial #? It looks like an A. LeCoultre, American Market from the 1920s. These movements were sometimes also stamped Blancpain. |

Well it is stamped blacpain but the actual spelling on the inside mechanism of watch is spelled E. blancopain fhs. the serial number is on the back inside cover and it goes in a v shape the first numbers going down are 304 then 7 being the point of the v then going back up is 263. making the whole number 3047263. any information is helpful to us. thank you. |

Still looks to me as a 1920s A. LeCoultre watch as mentioned earlier. |
