I am VERY new to this. Can someone explain the significance of the VXN mark on the movement?

Someone said that it is a joint movement in cooperation with Vacheron. Is that correct? Does this increase the value of the watch?

Any help will be appreciated.

VXN is an import mark on LeCoultre movements sold in the US.
It has nothing to do with Vacheron from the manufacturing point of view,
LeCoultre and Vacheron just joined the same distribution in the US.
It doesnt increase the value at all, its vice versa.
