Looking through German ebay I saw a VERY big wrist watch from 1943 the seller said. Im fairly new to this but my question is as the header said, and if it is a pocket watch that has been made into a wrist, would this have been done in 1943 or are they trying to make some extra money..?

Good you asked, so this auction wont become your Waterloo.
The watch is put-together, actually the seller states it as a "Mariage".
These are "produced" in Germnay with movements coming from UK issued military pocket watches.

Thank you and thought so, I think I have seen several very mysterious JLCs from this seller, but when you (as in my case) dont have a good view of all models and types it can be a bit hard. But I was almost sure this was a "marriage"
