With all of the reissues these days, the word "vintage" is less an adjective and more of a proper noun I think I found a real, old Polaris. Here, for the fun of it, is a picture on it on an Isofrane type of strap. It also came with an old JB Champion bracelet. I suspect that might have been used with the watch but was unlikely to have been an original issue bracelet. Does anyone know what were the band/strap options for the '65-'70 Polaris? Also, aside from JLC, I'd love to find a watchmaker that has hands-on experience servicing these watches. I assume that includes classicwatch.com, true? Best wishes to all.

Yes, we service them no problem. I have owned, sold and serviced a couple dozen. |
