I have inherited a Le Coultre watch that I know nothing about. Can some one help me identify this watch and perhaps let me know where I can get a manual for it, or at least explain to me how to set it ect. a photo is attached, thanks for any help.

Your watch is from about 1970. The bottom crown sets the time, the upper one sets the alarm (you pull it out an rotate and the arrow will point at the time the alarm will go off.) You need to push the crown back in for the alarm to be on.
