I would like to know who has made movements for Gubelin watches? Mostly men's watches made in the 60's and 70's? Manual wind types.

A variety of manufacturers, from Audemars, Jaeger, Patek, ETA, Valjoux, etc. You'd need to look at the movement on a case by case basis.
