I have been looking at the watch below, and everything looks to be in good condition. Unfortunately, I don't have the experience needed to know even an estimated value of the watch. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, can't wait for Zaf's book to come out!!!

Thanks,

How wide is it?

Still working on the damn book! The factory is taking months sometime to answer my questions.

Here is some of the propaganda on the watch.

The dial's diameter is 28 mm.

The movement fully signed Jaeger Le Coultre to movement front and back plates, with 15 jewels, calibre 600, and early movement number, 565707. The watch movement was made in 1947.

The stainless steel case measures an impressive 31 mm x 38 mm. The front cover is excellent and the watch fully signed by Jaeger Le Coultre to inside of rear cover and case number 470176.

Hope this helps and good luck getting the book finished. There is a definite need for it.

So it's probably a 31mm watch. These mid size steel watches usually trade in the $350-500 range. Typically they're a lot harder to sell than 33-37mm watches.
