The clud series was part of the JLC budget line and most likely has low value. How big is it and what metal is it made of?

It's to small for modern taste just 20 mm. It's steel and marked 1163884 and 100105, haven't opened it but it runs well.
Spent the equivalent of 85 usd for it and wondered if I had been totally stupid doing so
