I bought lately this memovox. Case number 637462.
Mechanical caliber. The usual triangle on the center wheel is here instead a stylized GT. Anyone knows what it stands for, confirm the year of production and caliber, approximate value?
Crowns are not signed. Does it mean they are not original?
thanks

Hello, I no not think "GT" on the alarm disk belongs to this model which appears to be case reference 3151. The "GT" designation appears for a different model which came 15 years later. You should have a simple blue triangle with no text. I also think the orignal crowns on the 3151 where unsigned.

Thanks Zaf.
You mention case ref 3151 , what was year of production? Is it a caliber 489 ?
For the central wheel, more or less I have been "conned" ?
Would you place an approximate value on the watch?
thanks
Bruno

Case ref 3151 is circa 1952, the Memovox GT did not appear until circa 1970. Value is $600-1200 depending on originality and condition.
