Hi - I have just been offered a new Reverso Classic, manual wind, model nr. 2505420. It is supposed to be Gold/Steel (caseback in steel) 1.) Is the gold part of the watch in gold or just gold plated ? 2.) Is this a current model ? - I have not been able to determine this from visiting the JLC web site. Thanks in advance Peder Sterll, Denmark |

Hi Peder, the turnable part is 18k solid gold. The Reverso Classic reference 250.54.20 is still in production. (Shown in their 2004/2005 Catalog) Ilja |

Thank you, Ilja for a fast answer :-) I think I will go and get me one of these great watches - seems to be pretty good value for money. It will be my first JLC ever Regards Peder |
